Implement marketing strategies and marketing communications plan for Sociolla brand in Vietnam to ensure sustainable, scalable, and profitable growth
Work with internal key stakeholders and third parties to execution Sociolla brand campaigns & partnership campaign
Search and review for the right influencers (KOLs, KOCs) match for each campaign
Manage, develop content and review creative content of KOL/ KOC campaign.
Research, collected and improve customer journey (online UI/UX, overall new feature development, and offline stores)
Conduct market research and constantly review/analyze the beauty trends and customer insights, shopping behaviors (end-to-end), and journeys in-store, translate these understandings into strategies to engage consumers with Sociolla products, services, and experiences to drive traffic to all platforms
Assist Line Manager in other assigns.

Bachelor degree in major: Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Marketing or equivalent
At least 1-2 year of working experience in similar positions
Beauty lover is preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work load
Possess good communication skills & positive working mindset
