In charge of the brand DNA includes positioning, target audience, content and media guidelines on official channels (website, official social accounts, ecommerce platforms). Lead the production of media materials (moodboard proposal, model and product shooting, work with media team/production partners).
Build plans, calendars and budgets for product lines. Monitor sales revenue regularly to seek growth opportunities. Apply in-time adjustments to marketing strategies and plans to suit changes in the market and competitive situation.
Conduct market and competitor audit monthly (6P) to optimize sales as well as brand awareness in targeted markets. Understand competitors' products, marketing strategies, target audience, positioning within the market to identify market gaps or opportunities.
Contribute to business plan development at the stage of plan implementation in order to develop a marketing strategy in line with the company's vision, strategy and goals.
Develop product portfolio proposal and company profile to support sales.
Liaise with Vietnam brand team to ensure marketing activities are consistent with other activities and in line with the overall goals of the company.
Coordinate with T&D department to finalize product and training content as well as deliver training contents on both online & offline.
