Be responsible for developing effective brand-building strategies, brainstorming ideas to meet sales and marketing objectives, executing segment communication, developing branding and communication strategies for the targeted segments:
1. Market Analysis: Customer segment group research for market segmentation analysis to determine market segment requirements
2. Market Target Offering & Product Portfolio Management: Develops targeted product offerings and make sure that successful product launching or take initiatives to the relevant target segment
3. Brand developing & communication: Develop branding and communication briefing for the targeted segments (cross-fuction to Marcom team) to build campaigns/events concept that project milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
4. Professionalism: This person requires a high level of professionalism since his/her external customers are architects/ contractors and developers who are sophisticated.
5. Customer driven: Result is important to increase the satisfaction of both internal and external customers. He/she will develop long-term relationships with internal and external customers
6. Communication skills: This employee is expected to possess communications skills to ensure effective communications to segmented customers and perform mutual cross-functions with other departments such as Spec, Project Sales and Technical.
7. Creativity: He/ She needs creative to work effectively in providing innovative solutions for communications.
8. Solidarity - Cooperation: To ensure successful collaboration with other teams such as Technical, Spec/Project Sales, Distribution sales and among Marketing team
9. Can-Do-Spirit: This is a spirit which has been of importance in Saint-Gobain’s business culture
10. Leadership: Leadership is needed for this position to make sure success in leading project of segment.
1. Education: Bachelor/ Master degree in specialized in Marketing, Business Administration
2. Experience : At least 3-5 years of working experience in similar position or Branding Management in MNCs or other heavy industry companies.
• Good knowledge and experience to executive strategic brand development and marketing communications.
• Proven experience and knowledge of how to develop new product.
• Good knowledge of market intelligence and analysis
• Having experience in working with agency and lead agency for communication and event.
3. Communication & Presentation skill: Good in presentation skill to easily communicate with audiences in both Vietnamese and English.
4. Computer Microsoft office skill: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
5. Other Accountability: Self-motivation and be accountable for own actions.
• Able to work under high pressure and flexible business environment.
6. Language skill: Good in speaking and writing in both Vietnamese & English.
