Plan and develop brand strategy.
Work with cross-functional partners to develop and execute short- and long-term brand strategies to exceed company objectives
Develop brand’s KPI.
Develop the brand's annual budget plan.
Ensure the growth in brand awareness, preference, and loyalty of brands
Support long-term innovation strategy: You will support the team in building the long-term innovation strategy, leveraging macro-trends and consumer and business insight to craft a strategy that will deliver against our strategic priorities today and tomorrow.
Develop and oversee the implementation of communication and marketing plans
Oversee the development and implementation of campaigns to promote brand and revenue, including:
Key campaigns on major shopping festivals of the year.
New store opening campaigns
Exhibitions, fairs, events, sponsorships, cooperation with other brands.
Other derivative programs.
Develop plans for brand communication, marketing, promotions in each region, branch, and market based on the company's strategic direction, short, medium and long-term goals.
Ensure that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
Assign KPIs to each brand assistant manager to measure the implementation of campaigns.
Allocate budget for each group of campaigns/ branches/ communication channels, manage brand’s budget
Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
Periodically review, remind, evaluate and propose solutions to ensure the campaigns are implemented on schedule and effectively.
Collaborate and work closely with relevant departments/ divisions in accordance with the company's processes and regulations.
Work cross-functional (Marketing Division, Retail, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting Division, Branch, Store Operation, …) to gain alignment for key project milestones
Analyze brand, consumer insights and competitive trends, and recommend actions to be taken
Leadership
Monitor, evaluate, motivate & provide professional trainings for staffs to improve the qualifications and knowledge of the members of the department
Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager/ company

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or other business related
Experience
At least 3+ years of experience in brand/ marketing experiences at equivalent roles required along with a proven track record of delivering results
At least 5+ years of experience developing marketing plans and strategies in collaboration with partner teams
3 or more years of experience in a role leading the development of new or existing products or strategies from conception to implementation
Experience managing ambiguity and rapid change – demonstrate agility and risk-taking
Competencies
Ability to identify customer needs and draft strategies and plans that deliver on those needs
Proven track record developing program plans that meet/exceed goals and managing program budgets
Strategic thinker who is able to articulate the brand vision, as well as anticipate and identify consumer needs.

Familiarity with market research, consumer target, and trends analysis
Proven success in building, analyzing, and monitoring KPI, financial data, and success measures
