Support market research, strategy development, and implementation of brand growth plans in export markets.
Manage brand image across international communication channels, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
Participate in events and trade shows to enhance brand recognition and networking opportunities.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for the brand.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.
Collaboration with Sales and Distributor Development
Support the development of an international distributor network and implement partner support programs, including training sessions.
Gather market feedback to improve products, services, and marketing strategies.
Propose new approaches to expand market reach, such as entering new geographic regions or introducing new product lines.
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and partners.
Trade Marketing Activities
Execute trade marketing programs in export markets to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Collaborate with partners to promote products at points of sale through promotions, displays, and sampling activities.
Assess the effectiveness of marketing activities, collect relevant data, and suggest improvements.
Manage budgets for trade marketing activities and ensure efficient use of resources.
Develop tailored trade marketing strategies for different regions based on local consumer behavior and preferences.
Marketing Materials and Content Management
Update and manage international marketing materials, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
Work with the design team to develop communication content suitable for each market, including brochures, social media content, and product presentations.
Maintain a central repository for all marketing materials, ensuring easy access for internal teams and distributors.
Ensure translations and adaptations of marketing materials meet the cultural and linguistic needs of target markets.
Regularly review and optimize content for digital platforms to maximize engagement.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education:
Vietnamese or Foreigner
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
Candidates have International education background is preferred
Work Experience:
At least > 3 years of experience in Marketing & Brand, preferably in FMCG or F&B.
Experience working with media partners and creative projects.
Experience in international/global environment is preferred
Work independently & under high pressure
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of marketing principles, processes, and strategies, especially the 6P model.
Knowledge of brand management and marketing communications, including digital marketing.
Excellent analytical skills, project planning, and management capabilities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
