1. Brand Developing & Communication :
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other key players to establish brand objectives and strategies.
• In charging POSM, MKT collaterals in North
• Implement creative ideas for marketing operations.
• Assist in the development, execution and optimization of marketing campaigns (product launching/events…)
• Proactively build relationships with relevant project stakeholders ie. Architect Association, Real Estate Partners, Developers & Architects for sponsorship and co-branding activities
2. Market Analysis
• Customer segment group research for market segmentation analysis to determine market segment requirements
3. Communication skills
• This employee is expected to possess communications skills to ensure effective communications to segmented customers and perform mutual cross-functions with other departments such as Specification, Project Sales and Technical.
4. Professionalism
• This person requires a basic level of professionalism since his/her external customers are architects/ contractors and developers who are sophisticated.
5. Customer-driven
• Results are important in increasing the satisfaction of both internal and external customers. He/she will develop long-term relationships with internal and external customers.
• Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree is acceptable, but degrees in Marketing, Business or a related field are preferred.
• Experience:
- 2 - 3 years working experience in Marketing field
- Preferred:
- Working in Building Construction. Experience in building material is the advantage.
- Hands-on experience in marketing, advertising, market research, marketing analytics, consumer behavior among other related fields is preferred.
• Communication & Presentation skills: Good in presentation skill to easily communicate with audiences in both Vietnamese and English.
• Research and Data analytical skills: Understand or practical these skills: candidate to identify trends and challenges as well as make informed forecasts about market trends and other implications from the data review.
• Computer Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
• Other Accountability:
The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, disciplined and innovative with an analytical mind and excellent research skills
Team player: The candidate will be required to work with various departments to ensure cohesion in the marketing efforts throughout the industry.
• Language skills: English – fluent communication in speaking & writing
