• Work with PO/PM & stakeholders to identify and write business requirements.
• Analyze requirement, business rules and logic.
• Create & maintain document (flow chart, activity diagram, sequence diagram, use case, wireframe, API mapping document)
• Prepare UAT & go-live plan
• Support business team testing & training
• Guide user how to use the product and support when neccessary
• Tracking issues on production
• Other support tasks assigned by the Manager
• Report directly to eBiz manager
• Have bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Economics or related field
• Have at least 3 years of Business Analysis experience
• Experience in financial & banking companies is a plus
• Experience in working in Agile methodologies and project management
• Analytical skill and proficient in problem solving
• Have expereince working with UI/UX, and user centric mind-set
