* Summary: Promote products and act as a link between Architects, Interior Designers and end owners. Gather market information and prepare presentation, Specification form
* Department: Civil (Building Materials)
* Report to: Division Manager (DM)
* Performance objectives:
1. Complete monthly project report to DM:
a) Keep updated list of current or potential projects in agreed upon format.
b) Collect, update and analyze customers’ data, competitors’ and market movement including price, products, network and service in order to make adjustments to plans or strategies to grow the market share.
c) Evaluate strategies to approach new accounts and product profile.
2. Manage customers (owner, consultant, Designer)
a) Grow the network of business contacts including designers, architects and construction companies in order to address the division growth objectives.
b) Address any technical issues with customers or suppliers and resolve.
c) Proactively provide solutions to improve more excellent performance.
d) Ensure that key projects are successfully executed by managing the resources and communication necessary to complete the handover to the client.
3. Follow up and develop the specification process including Products knowledge, Technical knowledge independently or under guideline from Product Manager and Division Manager.
a) Cooperate effectively with cross-functional departments to achieve objectives, especially with Technical team, QS team.
b) Collaborate with suppliers to deliver the correct information to the customer by the required deadlines including Catalogue, Presentations, technical, Price policy.
4. Master product knowledge, deliver and train other team members.
a) Identify the current status and proactively outlined training plan for the specific objectives.
b) Work through Product Manager and Division Manager for calendar–based monthly or quarterly training plan for the team members.
c) Take the initiative to train others in the basis of sales and product knowledge.
5. Support line manager in developing and implementing marketing plan to achieve Specification target and overall business objectives.
6. Support the Team and Line Manager in specified Technical issues as requested.
7. Other tasks related assigned by DM
