1. Market/ customer understanding:
- Identify and prioritise target customers based on product type, market analysis and advanced research
- Understand customer pain points, needs then generate the business demand
- Relationship Building: as the initial point of contact, BDR needs to create a positive first impression of the company then generate business with customers.
- Stay up-to -date on industry trends and competitor activity
2. Lead Generation:
- Lead Generation: Initiate contact with potential customers to identify new business through different sources:
+ BDR Lead: Proactive create and find leads by different campaigns and research
+ GMS’ passive channels: hotline, email, social channels: web, facebook fanpage, linkedin fanpage...
+ Brand Lead: Actively connect with Brand BDR to get lead
- Qualifying Leads: assess the potential of leads by determining whether they meet specific criteria and are likely to benefit from the company's offerings. This qualification process helps prioritise leads for the sales team.
- Appointment Setting: responsible for scheduling appointments, product demonstrations, or meetings between potential customers and the sales team
3. Reporting and Analytics: track and analyze data related to lead generation and conversion rates.
- Bachelor in Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS) or equivalent and have a desire to develop a career in the business field.
- At least 3 years experience in a BDR, sales position or telesales/inside sales position (B2B)
- Experience in IT industry is plus
- Knowledge in finance, banking is plus
