Market Expansion & Business Growth:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in Cosmetics & Food trading through market research and networking, based on market trends and customer needs
2. Follows up the market situation, conduct market research to identify trends, customers’ needs, and competitive activities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and potential customers
4. Develop and executive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Partnership & Client Management:
1. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract with customers and suppliers
2. Negotiate and establish long-term business partnerships with key stakeholders.
3. Maintain strong business relationships to ensure customers satisfaction and retention.
Supply Chain Coordination:
1. Work closely with the procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
2. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and quality standards.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
1. Driving revenue by converting potential leads to long-term business opportunities.
2. Work closely with Business Development Manager to achieve growth across business segments
3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales and achieve revenue targets.
4. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize business strategies.
Reporting & Strategy Development:
1. Prepare business development reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis
2. Provide insights and recommendations for business expansion and process improvement.
3. Work with team managers to achieve the assigned group target
4. Direct reporting to the Business Development Manager, with close internal coordination and direct dealings with customers and service providers.
Assist other sales to develop new project pipelines and provide technical support when required
Any other assignments from Business Development Manager or Superior

Job Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in Cosmetics/ Food Technology, Chemistry or close related major sector.
• At least 03 years solid experience in sales & business development of Cosmetics or Food ingredients.
· Excellent Soft Skills: Strong communication, positive conversation, negotiation, teamwork, and relationship management abilities.
· Self-Motivated and Results-Driven: Demonstrated sales acumen, negotiating skills, and the ability to work independently.
· Strong Decision-Making & Problem-Solving Skills
· Market Analysis & Strategy Development
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Language Proficiency: Fluency in English;
