Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in LCL product offerings.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of existing clients, building long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Establish strong relationships with co-loaders to increase product offerings and ensure service quality.
• Oversee the management of LCL consoles, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and sales agreements with customers, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
• Identify new business opportunities within the LCL logistics sector and work to bring in new clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on business development efforts and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and customer service) to deliver the best customer experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in LCL product sales and business development within the logistics industry.
• A strong customer portfolio and established relationships with co-loaders.
• Proven experience in managing LCL consoles and optimizing logistics processes.
• Strong organizational and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
