Mô tả Công việc

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated B2B Business Development Executive to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop professionally, contribute to the growth of a startup, and make a significant impact in the affiliate marketing SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Development: Build a robust pipeline of B2B opportunities through cold/warm calls, emails, networking, and creative marketing campaigns in collaboration with our marketing team.

  • Attending events and being a representative of the Permate Global brand

  • Present Permate Global’s solutions to potential clients, identify their needs, and propose appropriate solutions.

  • Achieving or exceeding individual quota bringing in new clients to Permate Global

  • Manage multi-threaded sales-cycles engaging end users through to C-level executives and building the value of our product

  • Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects

  • Manage your pipeline, dealflow, forecasting with vigor and accuracy

  • Actively seek new business opportunities to drive short-term, medium-term, and long-term growth.

  • Establish and refine in-house best practices for business development.

  • Report performance on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Minimum of 3 years in Business Development or similar roles with a proven track record, preferably within SaaS and performance marketing/ martech

  • You have a network of advocates that will support your success in this role

  • Ability to reach and develop relationships with decision makers within your territory and key verticals

  • Understanding of the digital ecosystem landscape and relationships

  • Track record of success in carrying an quarterly quotas and building and maintaining pipeline to achieve it

  • Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets

  • Proficient in various sales techniques, including cold calling and delivering engaging presentations.

  • Experience within performance, partner, affiliate marketing or SaaS is a plus

  • Familiarity with CRM systems.

  • Ability to travel if needed and work autonomously in a remote environment

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

  • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Location and working hours:

Working hours: Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 17:30pm)

Work location: Remote - Base HCMC
