Responsible for developing, maintaining business and technical communications with foreign suppliers, translating documents, interpreting, and office administrative work.
2 Job details:
Finding new suppliers.
Communicating business and technical information with current suppliers in English.
Translating documents, texts, and reports from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
Drafting and managing purchase orders, placing orders with suppliers, and tracking shipment documents.
Analyzing and reporting market trends, needs, for the food industry to foreign suppliers.
Coordinating with relevant departments to propose solutions for supplier requests and customer complaints, and after-sales services to suppliers.
Performing assigned tasks and duties.

Bachelor's degree in English language, English for Business.
Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
3 or more years of experience, understanding of the food and chemical business is an advantage.
Confident communication skills, professional presentation skills.
Business analysis skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and professional email usage.
High sense of responsibility, meticulousness, enthusiasm, and sociability.
Able to work independently, in a team, and under high pressure.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
