Mô tả Công việc

Partnership Development & Management

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing partners across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook.
  • Work closely with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to create partnership strategies that drive growth for Cooking Essential Goods and other products within the group’s portfolio.
  • Identify, build relationships, and negotiate deals with new partners to expand market reach.
  • Develop a scalable partnership model and formalize partnership agreements.

E-commerce Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, manage, and optimize ad spend across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook to maximize ROI.
  • Lead the development of internal processes for content management, product development, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of ad strategies with broader marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Growth & Performance Optimization

  • Take ownership of partnership reporting and performance, ensuring they align with KIDO Group/E2E’s KPIs and strategic plans.
  • Recommend and implement promotions, sales campaigns, and offerings to boost customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Architect user experiences and optimize workflows across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook to maximize growth potential.
  • Identify new business opportunities in e-commerce and social commerce beyond current strategies.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education & Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital media and ad campaign management, particularly within the FMCG or F&B sectors.
  • Proven expertise in performance marketing for TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in Cooking Essential Goods or FMCG, with strong industry connections.
  • Knowledge of Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms and consumer behavior.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong ability to strategize and execute e-commerce campaigns effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in budget management, P&L analysis, and business planning.
  • Familiarity with emerging e-commerce tools and technologies.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategies to stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring team members is a plus.
