1, Market Research:
· Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth in the industry.
· Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to stay informed about the competitive landscape.
2, Strategic Planning:
· Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
· Identify new business opportunities and areas for diversification.
3, Sales Strategy:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
· Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
4, Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
· Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.
· Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
5, Partnership Development:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including eye care professionals, surgeons, distributors, and other relevant partners.
· Explore and negotiate partnerships, collaborations, and distribution agreements to expand the reach of intraocular lenses.
6, Product Knowledge:
· Develop a deep understanding of intraocular lenses, including their features, benefits, and applications.
· Effectively communicate the value proposition of the product to potential partners and customers.
7, Networking:
· Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships, generate leads, and stay updated on industry trends.
· Represent the company in a professional manner at various forums.
8, Cross-functional Collaboration:
· Collaborate with marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
9, Regulatory Compliance:
· Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure that all business development activities comply with industry standards and legal requirements.
10, Continuous Learning:
· Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and changes in the regulatory landscape to provide strategic insights.
· University Bachelor Degree, pharmacist is prefered
· 5 years experience in sales of eye care prescription channel
· Have close network with ophthalmologist
· Good English and Microsoft Office skill
· Good communication skill, negotiation skill, customer centric
