Rapid Opportunity Identification: Within the first [30/60/90] days, conduct a comprehensive assessment of all departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Product Development) to identify key pain points, bottlenecks, and areas where AI can deliver the most significant productivity gains. This requires quick, insightful analysis and strong stakeholder engagement.
AI Solution Evaluation & Prioritization: Research, evaluate, and recommend the most promising AI tools and technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, Predictive Analytics) that directly address the identified opportunities. Prioritize based on potential ROI, speed of implementation, and strategic alignment. We need someone who understands the practical application of AI, not just the theory.
Business Case Development & Presentation: Create compelling, data-driven business cases for AI investments, clearly articulating the expected benefits (quantified productivity gains, cost savings, revenue enhancement), risks, and implementation timelines. You need to be able to "sell" the vision to senior leadership.
Implementation & Project Management: Lead the implementation of selected AI solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Data Science, business stakeholders). This includes defining project scope, managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring successful deployment. A hands-on, proactive approach is essential.
Change Management & Training: Drive adoption of new AI tools by developing and delivering training programs, creating clear documentation, and fostering a culture of AI literacy across the organization. You will be the AI champion.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of implemented AI solutions. Continuously monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate to maximize the value of our AI investments.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research emerging AI trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure OnPoint remains at the forefront of AI adoption in the e-commerce enablement space.

Education background requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Innovation, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience/Industry requirements:
Proven Experience: Minimum [3-5] years of experience in a role involving AI, machine learning, data science, digital transformation, or a related field. Experience in e-commerce or a related industry is a strong plus.
Strong Business Acumen: Exceptional ability to quickly understand complex business processes, identify problems, and develop solutions. You need to think like a business leader, not just a technologist.
Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Communication & Influence: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented approach. You must be able to think critically, identify root causes, and develop creative solutions. Self-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment with a "Get shit done" attitude.
Strong understanding of product development processes, including concept validation, market research, and feasibility analysis.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects and timelines.
Strong analytical skills for market research, user testing and performance metrics analysis.
Familiarity with product management tools (roadmaps, user stories, MVP definition) and innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup).
