SUMMARY

• Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst.
• Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in data querying and analysis and data visualization expertise.
• Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• Academic Qualification: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.

ROLES

This role is crucial in enhancing our data-driven strategies to engage healthcare professionals across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in data querying and analysis and data visualization expertise, particularly with PowerBI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Pipeline Management:
  • Develop, maintain, and scale data pipelines, ensuring robust architecture and performance to handle increasing data complexity and volume.
  • Build and maintain integrations with various data sources to support continuous data collection and ingestion.
• Data modeling and Accessibility:
  • Collaborate with analytics and business teams to refine and enhance data models, improving the accessibility and utility of data feeding into BI tools.
  • Drive initiatives that promote data-driven decision-making across the organization through improved data structures and accessibility.
• Data Quality Management:
  • Implement systems and processes to monitor and ensure the high quality of data in production environments.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and work towards timely resolution to maintain data integrity and availability for critical business operations.
• Collaboration and Support:
  • Work closely with product engineers, managers, and analysts to ensure that the BI solutions align with business needs and technical specifications.
  • Assist in evaluating and selecting appropriate open-source or vendor tools for data integration, quality frameworks, and data lineage.
• BI Solutions Development:
  • Translate business requirements into technical implementations, including detailed specifications of data flows, integrations, and datasets.
  • Design, build, maintain, and deploy BI solutions across the organization using Power BI.
  • Develop and execute complex database queries and perform detailed data analysis to support various business initiatives.
  • Create and manage advanced visualizations and reporting dashboards to make data actionable and comprehensible for business stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong experience with SQL and familiarity with Python or R scripting.
• Proven expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and building scalable data pipelines.
• Proficient in Power BI and other relevant BI tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to tackle problems systematically.
• Capability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial but not required
