Finance BP Ast Manager - Partnering with the Marketing Department
This role is responsible for collaborating with other departments to analyze MKT performance and strategy. They will participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, develop and track actual results, and recommend strategies. Additionally, this role will work closely with the heads of BUs to provide data analysis and insights to support informed business decisions.
* RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
1. Business Partnering
● Serve as the primary finance partner to the Marketing teams, providing strategic advice and financial guidance on key business decisions.
● Collaborate with Marketing leaders to develop and implement strategies that maximize revenue, optimize marketing spend, and drive profitability.
● Support new product launches, promotional activities, and pricing strategies by providing financial analysis and recommendations.
● Set up KPIs for activities based on historical analysis of previous campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize result
● Partner with the Sales, strategy teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
2. Market trends & Customer Insights:
● Manage the Customer Insight Executive to handle all market research/ surveys both via agencies & in-house
● Lead the team to produce frequent reports on customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies and to support key business decision making, including new launch opportunities
● Study other countries' portfolio to identify the potential NPIs for Vietnam
● Monitor & Analyze market reports (from agency & internal) on pricing, channels, promotion schemes, competitors activities... to identify business risks & opportunities & make recommendations to Category Leads
3. Budget Management:
● Manage the A&P budget to ensure investment efficiency, as agreed with the Category Leads and Head of MKT Strategy
● Represent MKT team to work with Finance on A&P forecast, budget allocation & changes.
● Work with Category Leads to make effective budget allocation amongst channels & activities (ATL/BTL)
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Major in Human Resources/ Organizational Development/ Education/ Business or have a passion for it.
Expertise Skills & Experience
- At least 03 - 5 yeas of working experience with similar position
- Strong abilities in written and spoken English
- Reporting and Analysis Skill
