• Operate projects, manage budgets, costs and ensure all projects/events were completed under the deadline.
• Provide outstanding administrative support ensuring operational excellence.
• Foster enhanced stakeholder engagement through effective coordination with both internal and external parties.
• Surpass service excellence standards by delivering outstanding customer care.
• Efficiently managed customer communications, adeptly resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
