C&B staff responsibilities include doing the monthly payroll, preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role; C&B staff should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation.
Ultimately, C&B Officer will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures always run smoothly.
JD details:
Notify and guide employees to register for personal income tax (pit) and dependents
Make registration of PIT for employees & keep tracking
Update list of dependents for senior c&b specialist to record in payroll
Inform employees to increase benefits relating to laws
Increase social insurance for new employees
Update employee's monthly premium salary (if any)
Declare PIT monthly on the HTKK system
Provide social insurance-related & retirement documents for employee
Insurance reduction for employees for employees to leave work
Update social insurance information of employee if changes
Notify employees of the authorization of annual tax finalization or print a power of attorney for workers to sign
Annual tax settlement according to regulations
