Job Summary
CJ Foods Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Development Manager to:
Develope and manage the company's sales distribution system in the B2B channel.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, ensure efficient business operations, and achieve set revenue targets.
Implement sales strategies, manage and support distributor teams.
Optimize sales performance to contribute to the sustainable growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining good relationships and supporting distributors in business development.
- Handling arising issues and ensuring distributor satisfaction.
- Coordinating with the marketing department to develop appropriate promotional programs and sales strategies.
- Proposing and implementing sales activities to achieve set business targets.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of distributors and sales activities.
- Analyzing sales data and making necessary adjustments to improve business performance.
- Organize training programs, guide and support the sales team of distributors.
- Build a strong and professional sales team.
- Plan the revenue, costs and profits of the distributor system.
- Ensure the achievement of the company's business targets.
Education: University Degree in Business, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience: At least 4-5 years of working experience in a Sales Role in FMCG advantage/ over 2 years at same position .
Skills:
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build, manage, and develop an effective team.
Ability to set goals, create strategies, and execute plans to drive business growth.
Extensive experience in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
Deep understanding of the market, sharp business acumen, and strong decision-making skills to seize opportunities.
Proficient in data analysis, strategic reporting, and effective presentations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring seamless coordination across departments to support customer development.
