- Lead Sales Initiatives at a Country-wide level
- Develop KPI for staff to ensure the profitability for the company while in compliance with company rules and regulations.
- Monitor sales and re-new actual performance
- Monitor all managers to ensures final numbers are on target
- Monitor managers and care team in their customer care tasks to make sure the services are professional and follow KPI.
- Develop Sales Tools to equip and assist sales personnel during selling activities.
- Train, develop, improve Selling Skills, Product Knowledge, and sales talent of sale staffs.
- Review Staffs performance, motivate and promote quarterly
- Regular reports of latest industry developments, trends, pricing indications and market insights.
- Establish a dynamic and healthy pipeline for Sales to ensure Company growth.
- Develop Sales Tools to equip and assist sales personnel during selling activities.
- Train, develop, improve Selling Skills, Product Knowledge, and sales talent of sale staffs.
- Review Staffs performance, motivate and promote quarterly.
- Received KPI from BOM regards to monthly quarterly and yearly Sale activities.
- Monthly, quarterly reports to BOM.
- Other tasks assigned by BOM
- University graduate major in Business Management or a related major.
- At least 3 years experienced at management level
- Understanding of local and foreign educational systems
- Be able to work under pressure.
