Track the performance of collections, new products, and key product lines by analyzing consumer and market data.
Plan and execute new launches and marketing strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail/Partnership) to create strong brand experiences, ensuring goals and deadlines are met.
Create detailed briefs for campaigns and creative projects, working with both internal teams and external partners (agencies, suppliers).
Research, develop, and oversee communication materials (imagery, digital, point of sale, landing pages) for the brand.
Plan and manage media and trade marketing strategies, including promotions.
Conduct research on industry trends, new media, and competitors.
Find new influencers and communities to grow brand reach.
Work with retail and omni-channel teams to execute marketing strategies.
Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure projects are completed on time.
Handle other tasks as needed.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience working in an agency.
Ability to manage both creative and analytical tasks.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects, especially during busy campaign periods.
Strong multitasking and time management skills under pressure.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok) and affiliate marketing.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and dynamic.
Willingness to travel frequently, including long-distance and out-of-town trips as required by the job.
