Monitor company budgets; update the cost summary reports of all office branches: electricity and water costs, stationery, trees,...
Monitor office administrative costs and apply before the payment deadline on the internal system; contact and work with the building management;
Maintain office filing system and update databases; Analyze and evaluate indicators based on reports, thereby making appropriate recommendations to optimize costs and usage purposes.
Work with Vendors/Suppliers to perform tasks related to payment, contract tracking, contract review, pricing, etc.
Support events and festival celebrations execution for company activities;
Other admin tasks as assigned.

Education level, certification:
Bachelor degrees in Human Resources Management or related.
Experience:
At least 02 - 03 years experience in the same position.
Good communication and management skills.
Written and verbal fluency in English is required.
Individual Characteristics:
Self-motivated, and ability to work independently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and other related software.
Ability to work under high pressure, multiple tasks.
Have experience working in Korea company is convenient.
