1. Enhance Customer collecting journey
Responsible for the daily gallery operations.
Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant art collecting environment consistent with our Indochine House image.
Calls on current and potential customers to establish and maintain client relationships.
Keep customers informed on new art collections, events or changes, etc.
Identifies and handles client inquiries and concerns.
Executes sales plans and participates in marketing events and promotion programs.
Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management.
Keeps records and reports on sales activities.
Build and update complete information on the sales system as well as inventory.
2. Standards
Contribute to ensuring excellent standards in the gallery at all times, along with other teams.
Maintain gallery standards and become familiar with daily procedures.
Adhere to and uphold the gallery’s procedures.
Become acquainted with all artworks (training program provided).
1. Core Competencies
Preference for female candidates
At least 2 years of relevant experience in high-end retail.
Passion in the retail industry with good selling skills.
Likes art & decoration and appreciates quality products.
Fluent in English. Chinese or French is a plus.
Must be a good team player, pleasant, service oriented with good communication skills.
Attention to detail
Dynamic and able to work in a high-pressure environment
Impeccable personal presentation
Basic computer skills
