Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment Management: Proactively organize and manage evaluations related to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Expert Knowledge: Possess in-depth and solid knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 (Knowledge of ISO 13485 is an advantage).
• OHS Regulations: Manage Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations; Propose, approve, and disseminate OHS and Environmental Management System (EMS) documentation/regulations, and monitor non-conformities within the OHS system.
• Meeting Organization: Organize EMS, CSR, and CMS meetings, and train new employees on EMS, OHS, and CMS.
• Cost Management: Perform tasks related to costs, including price approvals and budgeting for the department.
• Supplier Compliance: Check the compliance of non-material suppliers, including new suppliers and new goods; conduct initial inspections and re-inspections.
• Support Other Tasks: Assist with other tasks related to legalizing certificates/licenses according to OHQ's RA request.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Graduated from University
• 2 year-experience in Regulatory Affair/Legal compliance or ISO System Management
• Internal auditor of ISO 45001, ISO 14001
• Language: English (Speaking & Writing)
• Other skills: Communication skill; Teamwork; Planning and organization skill
