This position is accountable for total / omnichannel consumer engagement across owned, earned and paid through the funnel. Adaptation of marketing calendar, media planning, content development and CRM programming responsibilities from Brand Online to Consumer Engagement team. In addition, this position is accountable for planning and implementing Marketing communication and omni-channel marketing initiatives to achieve/ execute the brand objectives. This role works closely with Retail Marketing as well as Education Manager for planning and execution of all brand activities etc.
· Obtain, Affiliate Consumer Engagement strategy from MVIP AFF
· Execute 360/ omnichannel CE plan across all media channels (paid, owned, earned), including:
· Assist Affiliate MVIP Brand to deliver the Consumer Journey(s) combining all communication and distribution channels and provide local in-market feedback
· Integrate all earned, owned, and paid media and communications across classic PR, ePR, Digital, and Social Media channels for the Brand
· Adapt content from MVIP and execute with excellence in in-market
· Event execution and delivery, including selection of vendor, list of invitees, running the event and to work within budget allocated
· Work closely with in-market education for local content development by local BA/artist. Including language adaptation
Key Responsibilities
Marketing planning, Calendar and Campaign implementation
• Monitor beauty communication and social digital landscape
• Assist MVIP Marketing Pod Lead to execute brand marketing calendar, omni-channel marketing programs
• Execute campaign through partnering with in-market Education, Commercial and DCM (OL, B&M, SMC) to align and achieve business goals
• Deliver and execute in-market marketing strategies including new product key selling points, social story-telling to reflect consistent message across touch points and communication channels (Social platform, VM, OL SIS, BA /KOL Social channels) as cascaded from MVIP
Social Digital Marketing and Communication Execution
• Support MVIP Marketing Pod Lead to execute Social Digital/CRM plan, follow up the implementation of media plan and communication plan as per project KPIs alignment
• Support MVIP Marketing Pod Lead to ensure well execution of Content Calendar, digital asset localization, brand social communication on brand social pages, website, SEO and email marketing implementation
• Execute social/digital local creative briefs
• Feedback to MVIP Marketing Pod Lead on any emerging social media trends to maximize campaign effectiveness towards customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation programs
PR/ KOL/ Community Management
• Support and execute In-Market KOL and PR Plans and write up content with ideas, topics for editorial write-ups, press discussions, key monthly highlights
• Work with KOL on content and social asset briefing
• Support MVIP Marketing Pod Lead to maintain and establish relationship with in-market KOLs for regular support and campaign focus, project collaboration
Marketing Operation Management
• Maintain close contact with in-market Education on current and upcoming programs to assure alignment with marketing calendar and accurate information
• Support in-market Online team to execute E-commerce mega campaigns
• Prepare feedback and update to MVIP Marketing Pod Lead on any recommended improvements or changes
• Execute targeted consumer offerings cascaded by MVIP
• Monitor the consistent implementation of all kinds of communication in timely manner
• Consolidate report and analysis on all marketing plans and activities for MVIP Brand
Budget Compliance and Following up
• Deliver and execute all marketing activities within allocated budget cascaded from MVIP
Others
· To complete any tasks / project involvement / corporate activities as required by Country and Commercial Manager and MVIP Brand Pod Lead
Person Specification
· Good communication skills and excellent in both written and oral English
· Experience in brand management, e.g.: marketing, sales, training, merchandizing, and public relations
· Beauty marketing experience within makeup/skincare metier with understanding of Social Digital, eCommerce era
· Meticulous, highly organized, independent, and able to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to align, influence, and build collaborative relationships with different stakeholders. Clear achievement is a must
· Ability to develop creative, effective, measurable marketing initiatives
· Good knowledge in Microsoft Office software applications
· Task and result oriented
Qualifications / Knowledge
· Degree in Marketing is preferred
· Minimum 2-3 years working experience in marketing, preferably worked in a fast-paced retail/sales company
