· Brand & Product Strategies:
- Develop and execute integrated brand strategies and innovative product initiatives that elevate our market presence.
- Oversee brand management to ensure consistency in messaging and creative execution across all channels.
· Product Portfolio Management:
- Manage and optimize the product portfolios for off-premise (CPG) and on-premise (dine-in & online delivery) channels.
- Formulate and implement Menu and Pricing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
· Consumer Experience:
- Enhance consumer interactions by refining store concepts and optimizing the overall customer journey.
- Work with Customer Marketing team to develop Loyalty, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Affiliate initiatives and other strategies to improve customer retention.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve customers for OMNI channel.
· Digital & Communication Management:
- Lead social media, PR, CSR, influencer, and sponsorship initiatives to build a compelling brand narrative.
- Oversee digital agencies in designing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns, monitoring key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Leverage Google Analytics, SEO analysis, and comprehensive reporting to identify and implement technical and content-based improvements.
· Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI Dashboards) to refine marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Operations, R&D, IT and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless product launches and integrated marketing efforts.
- Manage external agency relationships to secure strategic insights and high-quality creative deliverables.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
· Experience: Minimum of three years of managerial experience in the F&B or Retail Chains industry.
· Proven track record in developing and executing effective growth strategies.
· Have a good understanding of the F&B / Fast Food market, target customers, and competitors to formulate effective growth strategies.
Skills:
· Technical & Analytical Skills:
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and BI Dashboards.
• Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and profit & loss management.
· Leadership & Communication:
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage teams and work well with different stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to perform effectively even under pressure.
· Language: Fluency in English.
