To have administrations duties for supporting sector administration but not limited to preparing reports, certificates, or non-negotiate reports which will be reviewed and approved by BL Manager.
To arrange to have report/certificates/invoices sent to clients or relevant parties
To continuously update and file documents in inspection files including work order book.
To undertake other duties as directed by BL Manager
To update client inspection process if requested by BL Manager
To liaise with clients and their affiliates restrictively as orders by superiors.
To liaise with concerning parties such as inter-affiliates, terminal, shipping agent for work schedules.
To help in training as requested
