Capex portfolio Management
Manage the portfolio of CAPEX investment from high-level control perspectives including but not limited to (i) prioritization of projects, (ii) alignment of objectives to business's overall goals and strategy, (iii) facilitating the efficient use of CAPEX across multiple projects and monitoring trends to ensure the use aligned with strategic goals, (iv) analyzing to improve the performance of CAPEX execution.
Perform the function of Post implementation audit (PIA) as required under the company applicable policy to reassess the success of capital investment (i.e. integrity of asset life cycle, benefit, etc.) and lesson learn to be applied in the future projects.
Data collection and analysis for CAPEX across multiple projects
Company’s norms development and management:
Support in norm development and daily application as assigned by Manager.
Reporting
Extract and combine data to generate standard reports Capex investment among NSRP divisions/departments.
Extract and combine data to generate standard reports as assigned.
Procurement: Monitor and update the annual budget on template as guideline
Budgeting: Assist in developing, reviewing, maintaining and monitoring Corporate Planning's budget and its procurement plan.
Policy and procedure: Assist in developing, reviewing, maintaining and updating CP's manual, guidelines.
Building capability of teams: Develop personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities.

Work Experience
At least 4-8 years’ experience in International company and/or joint venture project
Skills
Knowledge about Project Management, Finance analysis
Experience of working or liaising with international company/organizations
Experience in the business operation such as coordination or preparation of minutes and agendas and recording of meetings, reporting.
Good knowledge about business planning, International Standard such as ISO9001, ISO14000 etc.
Good administrative skills and interpersonal skills, including team working, liaison and ability to be persuasive when progress-chasing other staff and managers
Good communication skills, including cultural sensitivity and discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive information
Excellent written, including ability to draft correspondence in English
Fluent communication in English (TOEIC 600 or equivalent)
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
