Communicate with business units in analyzing hiring request and adjust hiring plan to the changeable requirement.
Develop and maintain efficient and cost-effective recruitment channels, resources, and approaches to attract and recruit high quality candidates.
Coordinate recruitment issues, such as sourcing, resume filtering, interviewing, tracking hiring status, etc.
Develop all on campus recruitment; prepare appropriate strategies for all campus events and interview processes.
Be the ambassador of company with the university partners, maintain effective connections with universities to attract talents and build pipeline for internship, new collar, consulting hiring etc.
Update data of recruitment system, resume & files management.
Collect and analyze hiring data and do regular report to HR leader & Business units.
Analyze local market and provide all information on same.
Maintain knowledge on all market attributes and assist departments to prepare long term recruitment strategies
Design appropriate strategies and assess effective implementation of all plans according to procedures.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of recruiting experience, focus on Back office & manufacturing industry roles is preferred.,
Talent Acquisition capacity or recruitment agency background.
Experience recruiting with volume hiring and hiring project planning is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good at work under pressure.
MNC background is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and follow up on assigned.
Able to work in fast-paced environment.
Quick learner, adaptable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
