You will be primary responsible for the HR People Operations in Vietnam to provide quality HR advisory and support services to employees and respective businesses as well as HR Business Partnering to assigned Business Divisions. The role will have disciplinary reporting to Head of Corporate Services in TÜV SÜD Vietnam and functionally to Head of ASEAN HR. You will also collaborate closely with the Regional Divisional HR Business Partners (BP) to support executions of HR strategies as well as Regional HR Centres of Excellence (COE) to deploy regional and global HR initiatives into Vietnam.
As the successful candidate, you will:
Your primary role is in to manage & streamline efficient HR processes for a positive employee and company experience, ensuring high service quality through ongoing improvements & compliance for Vietnam office. This shall include but not limited to:
Management and maintenance of all employee records & contracts
Manage administration for benefits including the performance management system & processes.
Manage payroll & related statutory submissions.
Manage the administration of the learning & development function including co-development of the annual learning plan, learning implementation, learning evaluation, grants and funding, training bonds, training reports and course payments, etc
Support the regional teams to maintain the local HR information systems
Support the regional teams in timely and reliable HR data & entries to ensure robust data analysis, reporting and decision making at regional and global level
Partner with regional Centres of Excellence to deploy global and regional initiatives into Malaysia office.
Proactively build close and effective relationship with employees, including providing advice, coaching and guidance to HR topics.
You will have a secondary role in providing HR business partnering and advisory service and drive the execution of people strategies for assigned business divisions in Vietnam. This shall include but not limited to:
Manage international assignments into Vietnam.
Manage all processes relating to employee relations including disciplinary and grievance cases
Drive all employee engagement activities and communications
Support the regional HR Business Partners in divisional level initiatives such as change management, talent development and organisational development programs.
Proactively build close and effective relationship with business leaders including providing advice, coaching and guidance on talent and people management.

You are likely to be:
Degree qualified preferably in HR with at least 8 years of relevant HR generalist experience. Prior experience in a matrix environment preferred.
Familiarity with local employment regulations with hands-on experience in SAP HR and/or other HRIS is advantageous
Trustworthy, well organised, process oriented and resourceful with strong stakeholders’ management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment is essential
A mature team player with agility, energy, and resiliency as well as the drive for continuous improvement
