Main Duties:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including shippers, logistics partners, and vendors
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to expand the company’s presence in the country
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key clients, ensuring competitiveness and profitability
• Understand client needs and provide tailored freight forwarding solutions that align with their business objectives
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support business development initiatives.
• Responsible for overall profitability of the company’s P&L.
• Coordinate with Regional International Business Head for reporting Business plan /P&L & MIS reporting
• Coordination with inhouse Operations Team for day-to-day operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a relatedfield. MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of Sales Experience in OCEAN/SEA Freight Forwarding / Shipping or NVOCC Industry is Must
• Good in English
• Strong understanding of international shipping, freight forwarding services, and logistics operations
