- Perform tasks related to Card issuance, including: Receiving a list of personalized Cards, sending card printing requests to the Card manufacturing unit.
- Monitoring and managing blank card inventory and card letterhead, envelope, ensure that a sufficient number of card blanks are maintained for the operating plan.
- Manage and monitor card handover from card manufacturing unit to card distribution unit, monitor and process cards delivered to customers to ensure compliance with the Process. Prepare daily reports on Card delivery and receipt processing. Evaluate the service quality of the shipping unit to ensure card delivery and receipt on time as committed.
- Manage and track unclaimed cards, handle them according to company regulations and legal regulations. Prepare unclaimed card handling reports and inventory reports periodically or as required by the company.
- Coordinate with card organizations and/or acquirer in processing and resolving requests to retrieve swallowed cards from cardholders when making money withdrawal transactions at banks' ATMs.
- Maintain records and documents related to card issuance, card replace, card delivery, card import and export monitoring and card destruction processing.
- Monitor the issuance of Credit Card statements, ensuring statements are sent to customers correctly and completely. In case an error or problem arises, report and coordinate with relevant parties to handle it.
- Monthly, reconciliation fee, card stock and make fee payments request to the card manufacturer and card delivery unit.
- Improve card processes and participate in Card-related projects.
- Other jobs at the specific request of the Card Operations Manager (if any)
- University degree in Banking, Finance or relating areas.
- Experience relating to credit card is an advantage.
- Requires 3 years’ experience in the related area.
- Knowledge of Card payment industry.
- Extensive knowledge of the function and credit card processes.
- Knowledge of the regulations of domestic and international card organizations is an advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power point, Visio).
