Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and ensure compliance with all relevant local laws, customer standards, and legal requirements related to social responsibility, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and security (C-TPAT).
Update, deploy, and monitor the implementation of these standards and requirements.
Manage the documentation related to HSE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and C-TPAT.
HSE Management:
Develop, deploy, and monitor annual HSE plans, internal audit plans, occupational health and safety environmental goals, risk assessment plans, training plans, and other related plans, ensuring timely and complete implementation.
Participate in internal and external audits, review HSE audit results, and develop improvement plans.
Ensure the safety of factory infrastructure, including buildings, walls, gates, and doors, to prevent unauthorized access.
Conduct accident/incident investigations, identify root causes, develop preventive action plans, and supervise their implementation.
Develop and implement appropriate health and safety programs to ensure workplace safety.
Training & Development:
Conduct training and retraining for all employees on customer standards for social responsibility, occupational health, safety, and environmental practices.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and track safety, environmental, and energy data.
Develop safety programs that meet customer requirements and company goals.
Prepare and submit periodic reports to the government and customers as required.
Manage data and records for safety, environmental, and energy assessments (e.g., Higg Index, SLCP).
Sustainability Initiatives:
Implement customer projects related to energy efficiency, waste reduction, and employee health and safety, promoting a strong safety culture within the company.
Track and promote the effectiveness of these projects.
Supplier Management:
Support the management of suppliers and subcontractors in implementing customer standards and legal requirements.
Team Leadership:
Manage the activities and take responsibility for the work of team members.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field. Equivalent experience in Safety/Environment/Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) will also be considered.
Thorough understanding of relevant local laws and regulations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar CSR or HSE leadership position.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and C-TPAT standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
