Customer Call Handling: Receive and manage all customer calls, addressing inquiries about company information, services, and products. Proactively contact customers for post-sales service.
Customer Information Management: Manage customer data in system, ensuring accurate entry and compliance with regulations. Adjust and store transaction documents as needed.
Delivery Coordination: Work with delivery and related departments to update routes, schedules, and areas, optimizing delivery costs and efficiency. Adjust delivery frequency and quantity based on customer needs.
Order Processing: Receive and process orders from customers and sales, confirm orders, and ensure timely delivery.
Customer Liaison: Bridge communication between customers and departments to address requests related to product quality, service, and promotional programs. Provide prompt service for equipment and cooler maintenance.
Debt Recovery: Ensure collection of overdue and due payments. Assist customers with invoice and document issues to expedite payments.
Document Management: Systematically manage contracts, appendices, reward documents, and notifications to ensure compliance and control.
Data Provision: Provide customer data upon valid requests from related departments.
Other Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned by direct management.
