Mô tả Công việc

  1. Manage and process sales orders accurately and promptly to facilitate smooth sales operations.
  2. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  3. Generate and analyze sales including real orders and forecast reports, providing valuable insights into performance against targets.
  4. Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues, fostering customer satisfaction.
  5. Compiling weekly and monthly sales reports.
  6. Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  7. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective interaction with customers and internal teams.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Previous at least 1-year experience in customer service, sales administration, or a similar role.
  3. Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Epicor).
  4. Experience with Microsoft Office tools (word, excel, power point, teams…).
  5. Excellent communication skills for both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English.
  6. Team player - you are willing to jump in and help others.
  7. Forward thinking - you look for new and better ways to deliver our high-quality products in your workspace.
