ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work directly with US AFI team to receive the orders via the AFI system
- Update the quantity and ETD in AFI system
- Work with IE on container map, confirm ETD with P&IC
- Send the booking request to logistic
- Send the containers pick up to logistic
- Daily communicate with AFI on orders and shipment
- Work closely with warehouse for inventory control
- Work closely with related department to ensure OTD
- Other jobs will be assigned by Customer service Supervisor

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education Required – University graduate, major in Foreign trade or Economics Experience Over 1 year experience in customer service experience with international customers Proven track record of success measured by increased responsibility and attainment of prescribed objectives. Knowledge of: Customer Management Knowledgeable about furniture product Skills and Abilities Strong interpersonal & multi-tasking skills Strong problem solving skill Familiar with maintaining customer database Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all organizational levels Fluency in written and spoken English.
