Consult, advise, and assist customers with products, brands, prices, campaigns, services, orders, and policies via social networks and email according to company procedures quickly and promptly.
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing customer assistance in all operations related to orders, at each stage of the shipment, payment, return, and refund processes; coordinate with internal teams to ensure all SLAs are met at each stage of the shipment, payment, return, and refund processes.
Decrease the loss of opportunity in the Online sale funnel by converting failed, canceled, rejected, and returned orders.
Collaborate with Purchasing and other departments to ensure consistent messaging to different customer segments and provide accurate order status updates.
Report arising problems immediately and perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
Applicants should have at least 1 year - 2 years of experience as a CS staff member. Experience in the international market (US, Canada, AU, Europe, etc.) would be highly advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree.
Fluent in English.
Professional problem-solving skills, quick and timely handling of arising issues.
Well communication skills.
Work well under pressure.
Organized, and proactive in tasks.
