• Responsible for sales, growth, P&L and product development of the assigned department in the country of affiliation.
• Responsible for alignment of local focus, product portfolio, product development and strategic direction with overall BU vision and strategy.
• Responsible for marketing, technical and regulatory matters in relation to department business.
• Own the BU Scorecard for the department and implement a business plan to attain its goals.
• Prepare budget and profit plans for the department, ensure realization of goals together with Sales Executives, Sales Managers and support staff.
• Ensure profitability and growth of department (dashboard tool), smooth collaboration with support functions, and excellent customer and principal relationships.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Performance chemical.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales of the department portfolio.
• At least 5 years of work experience with BU customers or relevant industry segments
• Required skill(s): service mind, teamwork, independence, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Required language(s): Vietnamese and English
• Candidates must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel.
