1. RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TOTAL SALES VOL/VAL AND PROFIT GOAL OF THE TISSUE SALES DEPARTMENT
- Building Sales target & profit (Monthly/Quarterly). Based on AOP assigned by company every year
2. TRADE PROMOTION
- Base Promotion: Planning Promotion Mechanics (Monthly/Quarterly). Based on Category - Brand – Channel Strategy, Shopper Behavior, Customer Post Calendar (MT Channel), AOP, Trade & MKT Budget, Competitor’s activities to choose Right promotion & Right customer in right time
3. DEVELOP & DEPLOY OTHER TRADE/MKT ACTIVITIES:
- Extra Promotion: Proposing extra promotion to have sale incremental on current base sale - Creating promotion or activity for supporting new products launching or re-launching - Creating special campaigns to increase brand awareness & approach more new target audiences. - GT: Product Display Program, Accumulate Sales Program, Extra Sale Incentive, Extra Distributors Incentive
4. BUILD SALE FORECAST & STOCK MANAGEMENT
- Weekly meeting with each RSM to review this month's sale plan & current performance. - Estimating month's achievement (updated every week) to monitor sale performance, stock & production plan. Reducing the “surprise” factors. - Based on baseline sales & Growth Drivers (Trade & Brand Activities, Growth Trends of Paper Markets) & Inventory in GT-KA distributors to build Monthly Sale Forecast of all channels & align with Demand & Manufacture. - Double check Available Stock at warehouse – Manufacture Plan – Delivery Plan To ensure that Sai Gon Paper has enough stock to provide to the market (especially, items have run promotion).
5. TRACKING & CONTROL MKT/TRADE BUDGET
- Forecastìn spending trade budget amount (allocated budget by channel/ region/ customers) & updated actual cost.
6. MARKET VISIT & CONSOLIDATE MARKET INFORMATION
- At least 5 years of experience in the same position (priority used to be the FMCG industry).
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must have strong working knowledge and successful sales history
- Experience in identifying and developing new market opportunities
- Thorough knowledge of tissue paper a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Training and coaching skills
- Profit centre management within a large, multi-layered team
- Ability to business trip
