Job requirements:
5+years of experience in BD or sales role and team management.
Experience in managing implementations and start-ups.
Multi contract experience to drive synergies and an understanding of the complexities of working with diverse customers. Demonstrable exemplary customer relationship management skills with the flexibility to manage several clients with varying requirements simultaneously.
Entrepreneurial drive to take ownership of our strategy and execution to achieve growth goals.
Strong leadership skills - must be able to develop/lead the team and work across departments and regions.
Excellent commercial acumen - understands dynamics of open/ closed book contracts & develops a profit center approach & culture amongst the Account team that is focused on bottom line performance. Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to influence at all levels.
A strong business sense - needs ability to identify business opportunities from business development strategies.
Business and Market Development Capabilities - Strong communication and cross-cultural communication skills, with proven experience in market analysis, product positioning, channel development, project and risk management.
Fluent in Vietnamese, English and Mandarin.
