Position Overview: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging graphics that align with marketing objectives across various digital platforms. This role requires a digital-first mindset and the ability to design responsive, effective solutions for diverse digital formats. The designer will work closely with internal teams and clients to translate requirements into creative concepts, producing visuals such as illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos that reflect the brand's identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret client needs and branding strategies to develop creative design solutions.
Design visual concepts and adapt them for client websites and marketplace platforms, using graphic design tools and software.
Select appropriate design elements, including colors, fonts, photos, and layouts, to effectively communicate creative ideas.
Collaborate with the eKAM, marketing strategists, and other stakeholders to produce compelling marketing collateral.
Enhance storytelling through data visualization, infographics, photography, and illustrations.
Maintain clear and consistent communication about project progress and status with all relevant parties.
Manage multiple time-sensitive projects concurrently and accommodate ad-hoc design requests.
Stay updated on design industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and creativity.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design software.
Experience with typography, color theory, web layout design, print production, and digital design.
Ability to incorporate feedback and make revisions based on stakeholder input.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
At least 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce or digital commerce, especially on platforms like Shopee or Lazada.
Ability to approach design from the user's perspective, ensuring a great user experience.
Business Knowledge & Client Interaction:
Strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape, particularly on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and D2C.
Professional and effective communication with stakeholders, managing last-minute changes, and working under pressure.
Quick decision-making skills, often utilizing personal initiative and creative solutions.
Ability to collaborate with colleagues and ensure alignment on project goals and results.
Experience working with virtual teams to ensure smooth execution of design projects.
