• Responsible for setting up, and optimizing paid ads, content/visual ideas across digital channels (especially Facebook Lead generation/Tiktok Lead generation)
• Working closely with the content & creative team to generate ideas and prepare video/content for Digital Communication
• Preparing reports to support the growth and analytics of digital campaigns Skill Requirements
• Good in Google analytic, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ad
• Strong numerical, logical thinking, and detail-oriented. - Creativity, open-minded and willingness to learn
• Being solutions-oriented, result-oriented, and supportive in finding solutions to unexpected challenges
• Good in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Required Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in digital media/digital marketing/digital optimization (working experience in an agency is an advantage)

Required Education and qualifications

• BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related majors.
• Good English skills in both writing and speaking.
