• Leading the digital transformation in Marketing & sale team. Focus on innovation in new sale channel (livestream…).Must love building a following, community and engaging in forums like Reddit, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, and Telegram groups; • Strong knowledge in E-C business development & marketing; • Reviews new technologies and keeps the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing; • Develops effective and engaging digital marketing campaigns that support marketing goal and vision achieving; • Support Management people with content coordination across all channels • Develops engaging social media content that support the marketing goals and objectives; • Evaluate digital campaigns effectiveness & efficiency to reach set KPIs; • Well plan, execute & manage programs under assigned digital marketing budget; • Improves the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website that will adopt a consistent user experience and encourage repeat visits; • Works closely with internal teams, and in-house Design on the digital marketing programs to successfully execute: weekly or monthly Blasts, and support to build strong brand visibility with selected on-line E-Commerce partners; • Responsible for managing social media sites including Facebook, LINE@, YouTube, and instagram, zalo….; • Acts as a liaison between our brands and our third-party partners to coordinate the innovative practice rollout with excellent implementation; • Lead digital MKT teams to build up a professional Org. with strong results delivering.
Education: University, Bachelor of Economics International Trade, Business Administration or equivalent.
3-5 Working experience in media planning, execution & optimization across Meta, Tiktok, Google paid ads (Search, shopping & youtube).
Experience with remarketing campaigns on primary customer data via Zalo ads, SMS & email.
Experience in SEO and SEM for D2C Website.
Working experience in driving traffic to EC platform utilizing digital ads.
Solid English language skill;
Proven working experience in digital marketing for 5 years & above;
Solid leadership at people management at least 3 years;
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics);
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
A team player who effectively builds relationships with cross-functional team members, sponsors, key stakeholders, and other individuals inside and outside of the business;
A self-starter that is results-oriented, prioritizes work activities, plans, and stays organized in order to meet commitments. Willingness to push themselves hard and learn as they go.
