RESPONSIBILITIES
Define action plan and execute all digital marketing activites, including Search (SEO/SEM), CRM tools, social media (Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok…), website management and display advertising campaigns
Manage and update brand own channel: Website, Facebook, Youtube….
Manage agencies in order to deliver smooth execution and outcomes
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI, KPIs, target analysis, age, geographic location, key metrics achieved in each stage, comparison between digital channels, GA metrics on the website).
Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm for digital approach and optimize user experience.
Manage OOH roll-out as part of intergrated media touch points
Performing other tasks as assigned by line manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business or related fields.
At least 2 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or related fields.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; proficiency in design is preferred
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Desire to build positive values for the community.
