As an E-commerce Executive at Dragon Trails Travel Adventures, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels and platforms to drive revenue growth and enhance the digital customer experience. You will play a key role in expanding our online presence, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring seamless transactions for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Dragon Trails Travel Adventures' e-commerce platforms, including the website, online booking system, and third-party marketplaces.
Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images to maximize visibility and appeal to target audiences, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to the website, increase conversion rates, and generate sales leads through channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Analyze website performance, sales data, and customer behavior using analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, special offers, and targeted marketing initiatives to boost online sales and customer engagement.
Manage online inventory, pricing, and discounts, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing across all products and destinations.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews received through online channels, providing timely and helpful assistance to enhance the customer experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in e-commerce and online travel sales, incorporating relevant innovations into Dragon Trails Travel Adventures' digital strategy.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
Contribute to the development of long-term e-commerce strategies and initiatives to support Dragon Trails Travel Adventures' growth and expansion in the online travel market.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, CMS systems, and digital marketing tools, with hands-on experience in website management and optimization.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and interpret performance metrics.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving business objectives.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing market dynamics and customer preferences.
Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry landscape, including destinations, products, and customer preferences.
Good in English (4 skills)
Proactive in work with a can-do attitude, open mindset and being able to work independently.
