· Identify and pursue cooperation and business development opportunities with potential partners in the online channel, ensuring alignment with the assigned product portfolio.
· Manage e-commerce platform operations, including promotions, customer relationship management (CRM), and campaign preparations in collaboration with partners.
· Oversee the smooth execution of ordering, importing, and exporting processes, as well as the transportation of goods to partner warehouses.
· Establish and nurture strong, sustainable business relationships with e-commerce partners to drive sales growth and increase market share for the assigned product portfolio.
· Collaborate with e-commerce partners and internal teams (Trade Marketing, Marketing, Logistics) to develop effective business plans targeting consumer/customer acquisition, retention, and engagement via online platforms.
· Work with internal teams to deliver best-in-class sales services (including handling sales inquiries, promotions, order processing, delivery, stock and payment reconciliation, collection, etc.) and provide exceptional after-sales customer care.
· Perform other tasks as assigned by the Ecommerce Team Lead.
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in e-commerce
· Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
· Proficiency in CRM tools and campaign management.
· Excellent project management and organizational skills.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Logistics, etc.).
