Minthacare is currently looking for a Key Account Manager to be part of our E-commerce team. You will support the manager in managing a portfolio of brands, and in successful execution and roll-out of business performance improvement plans. You will assist with the day-to-day activities related to store management on marketplaces/platforms including Lazada, Shopee, Tiki.
Scope of Responsibilities
Grow account revenue and company branding
Build strong relationship with your account and platform counterparts
Delivery expert recommendations on the best strategy, promotions, growth levers
Develop, implement promotion plans and activation calendars
Align with internal stakeholders to drive account performance (Content, Graphic design, Chat, Onsite/Offsite marketing).
Ensure all account / store KPIs are met :
Specifically, your responsibilities include:
Responsible for e-store management to ensure all run smoothly, store layouts are refreshed on a regular basis.
Suggest and keep a promotions calendar, track all e-commerce marketing efforts, analyze data, and use the findings to improve strategies
All suggestions and action plans (promotion, activity) should respect the brand equity and marketing campaign.
Design the on-site and off-site traffic plan.
Responsible for data analysis & reporting and proactively coming up with recommendations to improve performance & increase sales in our online stores.
Analyze traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Schedule and communicate intensive site maintenance, as needed.
Analyze sales-related data to predict future sales and calculate restock levels.
Working with key players to ensure campaigns are booked and required assets are prepared on time.
Manage stock levels across channels and liaise with related stakeholders to ensure stock is adequate for campaigns
Act as key contact point between players and internal departments
Collaborate and coordinate with another internal team as marketing to implement some activity (live stream, digital event, etc)
Inspect landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
Create promotional offers and check to see that these are uploaded precisely & ensuring that promotional tabs are always up to date.
Caringly reply to end user question (chat) as needed
Observe and report about the activity of the competitor on the different marketplace that you are managing
Good level in english writing and speaking
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
Experience in the Fashion or Beauty category will be an added advantage.
Experience in creating promotion calendars and monthly activation plans.
Experience in managing and growing stores on one or more ecommerce marketplaces
Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans is a plus.
Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions.
Project management experience
Good excel and powerpoint skills
