Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor

In this position, you will based in Technical Department in Head Office (HCMC) for project preparation work and cement plant in Tay Ninh for business trip and living from Monday to Friday during project execution. You will be responsible for the project planning and project management activities of Electrical and Instrumentation system for cement plant upgrading and expansion projects within Fico-YTL. You will be involved in end-to-end project management and engaging with various stakeholders from project initiation to completion to ensure timely and successful project delivery to end-users.

1) Prepare and manage the system design, technical specifications, procurement and costing for electrical and instrumentation scope in planning and execution phase of project.

2) Design systems according to process requirements and company requirement.

3) Coordinate and manage stakeholders (engineers, vendors, end-users, contractors, suppliers) during engineering, execution, construction and commissioning to ensure timely and quality of the deliverables according to applicable codes, performance standards and technical & contract specifications.

4) Contract management for electrical and instrumentation scope of works.

5) Witnessing Factory Assembly Test (FAT)

6) Manage electrical engineering office desk works and project documentation required by authorities, operation & maintenance.

7) Comply with Company’s procedures and policies

8) Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior to support company operations and objectives.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from HCMUT or HCMUTE.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience.
• Possess good knowledge in electrical system such as control system, power distribution, drives & motors, transformers. Knowledge in instrumentation system including PLC system will be an added advantage.  
• Possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to sites within Vietnam for project execution and supervision works especially Tay Ninh.
• Able to converse and write in Vietnamese and English.
